Your Group Brainstorms And Imagineers Their Own GameSports… And Then Builds and Plays Their Very Own Game For The Championship!

Team TuneUp’s GameStorming event is a unique and incredibly fun team building activity that will engage, challenge, energize and entertain your team! With all the aspects of the best team bonding events, this Team TuneUp original event brings out the imagination, creativity and the competitive spirit to challenge and bond your group!

In this outrageously fun and rewarding team building program, we start the day with fun ice breakers to get everyone in the spirit of the games! Your facilitator then transitions into a group conversation about the art of imagineering, creative development, and ultimately we move from brainstorming to GameStorming!

Using our proprietary GameStorming process, your team will be stepped through the process of creating their very own unique team game, which we call a GameSporting event! They are given specific Rules and Guidelines, and then their imaginations are set free and their collaborative and synergistic energies are unleashed. Working with an assigned budget, and selecting from a unique blend of equipment and artifacts from existing games and sports, teams develop their own unique GameSporting events while applying the principles of GameStorming!

Game rules and regulations are developed, branding and marketing are fast-tracked, and game equipment are adapted from a selection of existing game and sporting goods, as well as hand-crafted fabrication using materials provided by your Team TuneUp facilitator!

Client site consultations take place throughout the build process, and there are a few hurdles thrown at teams that mix things up and keep your group on their toes!  Using the same “agile development” process employed video game developers, teams are encouraged to test their premises early and often and adapt on the fly to create a compelling final GameSporting event!

As we progress, teams present their GameSporting Event to the entire group with an engaging and entertaining marketing presentation, including Game Box designs and Team Mascots! Then the whole group votes on the game they most want to play, determining our first finalists: the GameStorming Top Designers!

In the big GameSporting Finale, the selected GameStorming Champions set up their GameSports field and equipment, and prepare to compete in the GameSporting Championships! Teams take turns competing in their very own self-designed GameSporting event in a hilarious elimination battle-royal for the title of GameSporting World Champions!

The GameStorming Team Building Championship is an engaging event that encourages imagination, synergy, consensus building, budgeting and negotiation, marketing and presentation skills,  creative and hands-on design and crafting, competition, and most importantly… FUN!
