About Colonel Trevor Devine

Trevor Devine is a dynamic and engaging facilitator and speaker. As a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps and veteran of multiple wars and combat tours, Trevor’s impressive background in leadership, managing human capital, operations and change management are second to none.

As a facilitator, Trevor brings an insight and wisdom that comes from a lifetime of real-world experience. Many people talk about communication under pressure, leadership during times of change, or conflict management. But few have experience managing teams under conditions that change minute-by-minute, where “conflict” has a whole new meaning, and where the stakes are life-or-death.

Trevor also brings insight from a 20+ year career as a federal Special Agent for the DEA and a 30+ year pilot. He has flown missions across the Western Hemisphere in both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. The insight, and stories, that come with both his military and DEA missions and over 6,000 hours of flight experience make Trevor and his presentations colorful and exciting!

Despite his commanding presence and real world know-how, Trevor is a fun and engaging personality who loves sharing his wisdom with the diverse organizations that rely on Team TuneUp for their facilitation!  Trevor is also completing his PhD in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security.

I was skeptical that this would be just another "Covey Corporate Training" and be repetitive and only take one or two things away or reinforce past learnings. Well I am happy to say this was much more and was one of the most refreshing and best 4 hours spent during our 4 day meetings in Miami. To be honest, this would have been only better if we had more time. I have many take aways and Den more than delivered. I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to you. Planning a week-long conference for 300 people can become pretty stressful. Starting off that week with an event I had never done before, a company I had never worked with before, and having to move everything to an indoor location at the last minute all added a little bit of extra stress.When the morning came, Den took control and began the activity.
